Export Sorghum

Sorghum (Latin name Sorghum) is an herbaceous plant of the grass family. It is also called a camel plant. This type of cereals is unpretentious, resistant to drought, and yields well. It is intolerable to waterlogged and acid soils, frost, and cold. Sorghum was first cultivated in Africa and China. This crop remains the main component of the national cuisine there. Sorghum is used for the production of flour, starch, and alcohol. Sorghum does not contain gluten. Sorghum flour is used in mixtures for gluten-free baking.
